Life always has a weird way of teaching you shit. Like the lessons really never stop. And as crazy as it sounds and as short of a time as it may seem to others, I have learned the most life lessons during the first 6 months of 2025; And I thought I really knew some shit. From handling differences of opinion and knowing it’s still in genuine love to truly seeing that family is built and maintained with blood, sweat and tears, literally and figuratively, and not about who you are born to. Imagine all the shit in between. Being invisible was my safe space but it was also a dangerous place. I ain’t know that at first,  until I started Thinkin’ Out Loud
