Love Vs Time

Why does love make so many people so uncomfortable? Like to the point where you crave it yet despise it at the same time.  I know there are some that have experienced the phrase “he/she wasted my time”. But in reality was it really a waste of time? Or was it a life lesson that you needed to go through? Truly think about it. Some people come in your life in order for you learn something.
